Night Markets
Night markets have become very popular in Siem Reap. After the first one opened across the river, they have popped up all over the town. There are many around the Pub Street area which are designed for tourists. There are also many which are designed for locals including one at Road 60 and several new container markets.
Art Center Night Market
The Siem Reap Art Center Night Market is opposite the Old Market on the other side of the river. You’ll mostly find locally-produced handicrafts and souvenirs. There are also a few restaurants and a free nightly Apsara Dance performance. As the name suggests, there are many vendors selling locally produced artworks too.
Angkor Night Market
The Angkor Night Market is one of the most popular night markets and the one people are talking about when they refer to the “night market area”. Along the way to the market you’ll see many restaurants, massage parlours and shops. The whole area is bustling mix of people and vendors selling just about everything you could imagine.
BB Angkor Night Market
BB Night Market is located at the bottom of Pub Street. Although it’s officially open during the daytime too, it really comes to life in the evening. There are food stalls, restaurants, BBQ, souvenirs shops and massage places. Above the market is the Triangle Restaurant which features nightly live music to keep you entertained.
